Kelsey + Alex thought it would be fun to do a destination wedding, so they ended up in Washington, DC for their July wedding! They landed on hosting their celebration at District Winery and it was a mighty fine choice! Although it rained all day long, that didn’t stop all the fun we set out to have! When you’ve been in love with someone for 20+ years and the day you are able to marry them finally arrives, it’s emotional…for everyone. This is Kate + Andrew’s story and we loved being able to capture their beautiful connection. They met in elementary school and have been inseparable ever since. Kate even surprised Andrew by putting her high school corsage that he gave her around her bouquet! It brought him to tears (and us too.) Their wedding day was absolutely gorgeous from start to finish. They have the most sincere hearts and made us feel like we’ve been friends forever.
